Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience to every customer.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us on +91 7307122510 within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged, defective, missing-item, or incorrect-product claims, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening
  • The shipping label on the parcel
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The issue with the product, if any

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect size, colour, or product selection made by the customer where the correct item was delivered
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or tag-removed products
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products sent back without prior approval from our support team

Once the claim is verified, we may offer a replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from us.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.
